IQC — Incoming
Every heat of iron analyzed by spectrometer; resin, oil and hardware suppliers on approved list with incoming checks.
IPQC — In-process
Casting visual + dimensional gates, machining first-article checks, coating thickness and adhesion per shift.
FQC — Finished
Load tests on furniture bases, 60h salt-spray, enamel boil & thermal-shock, food-contact batch reports.
OQC — Outgoing
AQL 2.5 random audit before sealing containers; loading photos and seal numbers sent to your inbox.
Documentation
Certificates and reports your retail buyer will accept
Test reports are issued by accredited third-party labs (SGS / Intertek / BV) and archived per SKU for five years. Need a document for a buyer meeting? It lands in your inbox the same day.
