Mode 01
OEM — you engineer, we manufacture
Send 2D/3D files (STEP, IGES, DWG, PDF) or a physical sample. We quote tooling, unit price and lead time in 24–48 hours, run DFM feedback, and produce to your spec with signed golden samples.

Mode 02
ODM — we develop, you own it
Our in-house designers and pattern shop develop new SKUs from a mood, a price point and a shelf target. Tooling and designs are exclusively yours under contract — we never offer them to a second client.

The path
Six weeks from brief to first article. Sixteen to a loaded container.
Week 0 — Brief
Target price, quantities, market, references. We respond with feasibility, tooling plan and firm quote in 24–48h.
Week 1–2 — Tooling & artwork
Pattern / mold design opened for your approval. Packaging dielines and branding artwork finalized in parallel.
Week 3–6 — First articles
T1 samples cast, machined, finished and photographed. Iterate until you sign the golden sample.
Week 7–12 — Production
Batch schedule locked. Weekly photo reports, inline QC at casting, machining and coating stations.
Week 13–15 — Audit & finish
AQL 2.5 final random inspection, test reports (load, salt-spray, food-contact), your third party welcome.
Week 16 — Ship
Export cartons barcoded, container photographed during loading, documents issued: packing list, CO, test reports.
Commercial terms that respect your cash flow
- Payment: 30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy; L/C at sight for established programs
- Tooling: refundable against cumulative volume thresholds — put in writing
- Pricing: firm for 90 days; raw-index transparency on request
- Incoterms: EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP and Amazon FBA inbound
